What you will do in your working day
You will be responsible for ensuring that our customers payroll is paid accurately and on time. Other duties include but not limited to :-
* Liaising with customers and managing expectations
* Keeping customers up to date
* Managing data relating to the hours worked
* Matching pay periods and hourly wages
* Updating records regularly
* Reviewing overtime, sick days and vacation days
* Responsible for processing employees’ paychecks
* Collecting and processing data from timesheets.
* Managing deductions from wages or other earnings statements.
* Balances the payroll and tax accounts.
The training you will be getting
* On the job training with the employer whilst working towards the Apprenticeship Early Years Practitioner Level 2 Standard.
Online and face to face lessons in conjuntion with one to one tutor sessions.
* Regular work-based assessments/observations carried out by Kent Training & Apprenticeships Tutor Assessor, to determine competency and meet with Awarding Body standards.
* Functional Skills in English, if required.
