It’s our Optical Advisor’s role to make our patients feel like a superstar from the moment they enter our clinics.
Our Optical Advisors are the face of Optical Express, often being the first point of contact for customers. Your day-to-day role will involve:
1. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge on all products
2. Accurately maintaining customer records
3. Creating sales opportunities and achieving challenging but attainable targets
4. Advising customers on suitable frames and lenses based on their lifestyle and medical needs
5. Informing customers about the proper use and handling of contact lenses
