Key Account Executive – Premium Food Brand

Right now, we’re working with a fast-growing premium food brand that’s making waves with its high-quality, all-natural sauces. Already stocked in leading retailers, wholesalers, and foodservice accounts, they’re expanding fast—and need a Key Account Executive to help drive their next stage of growth.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious, high-growth brand and gain hands-on experience in account management and business development. You’ll play a key role in supporting and growing key accounts, while helping to win new business.
Account Management – Support and nurture relationships with key retail, wholesale & foodservice partners, ensuring strong collaboration and long-term growth.
Business Development – Help identify and onboard new stockists, expanding the brand’s reach.
Sales Support – Assist in JBP discussions, promotional planning & in-store execution to maximise sales performance.
Data & Insights – Track and analyse sales data & market trends to identify opportunities and improve performance.
Stock & Logistics Coordination – Work closely with the team to ensure smooth supply and order management.
Trade Marketing & Activation – Support sales materials, trade shows, and marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility.
What We’re Looking For
✅ Some experience in FMCG sales, account management, or customer-facing roles.
✅ A strong commercial mindset, with the ability to build relationships and drive sales.
✅ Confidence in working with sales data to track performance and identify trends.
✅ Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
✅ Experience with retailers, wholesalers, or distributors (Ocado, Bidfood, Brakes = a plus!).
✅ Passion for high-quality food & challenger brands.
✅ A self-starter who’s eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
