Rutherford Briant are seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning and Development Manager to join our established client in Harlow. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive L&D strategies that align with the people and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Designing and delivering a wide range of learning, development, and leadership programs.
2. Developing and managing management and apprenticeship programs.
3. Identifying skill gaps and providing targeted training solutions.
4. Collaborating with various teams across the business to ensure cohesive L&D initiatives.
5. Managing stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and support for L&D activities.
6. Implementing L&D strategies in line with overall business and people strategies.
Key Skills and Requirements:
1. Proven experience in a similar L&D role.
2. Strong expertise in creating and implementing learning and development programs.
3. Excellent stakeholder management skills.
4. Ability to identify skill gaps and provide effective training solutions.
5. Strategic thinking with the hands-on skills to align L&D initiatives with business objectives.
