You’ll manage the sales process from start to finish, guiding buyers through one of the most exciting journeys of their lives. This is a customer-focused, dynamic role that combines your sales expertise with your passion for property. Key Responsibilities: Greet and engage potential buyers at our sales office or show homes. Provide expert advice on the home-buying process, including property details, pricing, and financing options. Conduct tours of show homes and community amenities. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company’s growth and success. Manage and update customer records Collaborate with internal teams, including construction and marketing, to ensure smooth operations. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in a sales-focused role, ideally within property, retail, or a related field.
