Job Overview:
A highly skilled Welding Engineer is required to join our client, a leading component supplier in the energy transition market. This permanent role involves working in a hands-on environment, welding, supporting and coaching welders.
About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Welding Engineer to work with a reputable organisation that operates on principles of fairness, trust and mutual respect. The successful candidate will prepare and control welding procedures, liaise with the Technical Department and authorise the purchase of welding consumables.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess a European/International Welding Engineering Diploma qualification or be willing to achieve this standard with funded training. A minimum of practical welding experience is essential, along with a strong understanding of automated/mechanised welding processes. Strong management skills are also required to support and develop individuals.
