Business Admin Support
Location: Flintshire
Salary: £26,000
Type: Full Time (8.30-5pm)
Main Responsibilities:
1. Business admin support, assisting the Business Support Manager alongside the current Business Support Administrator.
2. Answering calls.
3. Delegating calls to the correct department.
4. Raising jobs onto our CRM.
5. Managing service inbox.
6. Updating customer reports.
7. Basic invoicing.
8. Any other admin duties in line with business needs.
9. Daily and weekly customer reports on outstanding jobs and their current status.
Knowledge and Experience:
1. Prior administrative experience.
2. Knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook.
3. Great communication skills (verbal and written).
4. Good telephone manner.
5. Good organizational skills.
6. Multitasking skills.
7. Highly motivated.
8. Excellent time management.
