We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Studio Manager to join our team, primarily supporting the M&S account. This role is perfect for someone who has experience in photography as a photographer or a photographer’s assistant. Someone who is equally keen to manage a studio with great attention to detail and to be part of a dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities:
* Studio Management: Ensure the studio spaces are organized and tidy, providing the photographic team with everything they need.
* Photographic Guides: Keep the photographic guides for each of the brands up to date.
* Photographer's Assistant: Be ready to help adjust the lights.
* Studio References: Manage the printing and pinning of creative references required on set.
* Lighting: Work closely with the Spring Lighting team to ensure the correct equipment is on set and conduct quality control of the lighting setup each morning at 8am.
* Rentals Equipment Order: Send the daily email and brief to Spring Lighting with all equipment needed for the following day.
* Photographer Support: Ensure the photographer has all the necessary kit for the shoot.
* Coffee and Lunch Order: Support the production team with coffee orders and managing lunch orders.
* Pre-Shoot Organization: Ensure the studio is ready for the shoot before the team arrives at 8am.
* Post-Shoot Organization: Prepare the studio for the shoot the following day.
* Prop Management: Assist with the arrangement of props and manage their return.
* Team Building: Foster positive relationships with the photographers and on-set teams.
* Support Sample Team: Assist sample coordinators in managing the flow of rails to and from sample management.
* Support Production Team: Collaborate with the styling team to ensure all studio spaces are prepped and ready the day before the shoot.
