A large scale,public sector organisation based in Lisburn responsible for a range of services to the general public.
About you
* A third level qualification (for example, an HNC, HND, NVQ Level 4, Degree) or equivalent.
* Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development.
* A minimumofthreeyears' management experience of:
o Delivery of successful OD projects and supporting organisational change, influencing, building and sustaining relationships in order to achieve results
o Training / Learning & Development to include line management responsibility.
o Effective planning and project management skills
o Providing advice and guidance to line managers on Generalist Human Resource issues.
* A working knowledge of computerised HR Information Systems.
What you'll do
* Advise on specific OD interventions, e.g. organisation restructures, change management and performance management.
* Provide and develop a high quality HR & OD service to the organisation in support of the corporate plan and people strategy.
* Liaise and communicate with the organisation's recognised Trade Union Representative on HR & OD issues, as required.
* Provide cover for the other Officers within the Unit
* Organisation Development, to include Organisation Design
* Learning & Development, to include Leadership and Management Development
* Performance Management
* Staff Engagement
* Health & Wellbeing
