If you are looking to accelerate your career and make a real impact, this is the place for you.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nTake ownership of interfacing all electrical equipment within high voltage (HV) or extra-high voltage (EHV) substations, implementing an innovative protection and control strategy.\nUtilize your knowledge of British and international standards, including ENA G99, and DNO G81 policies, ensuring full compliance throughout the project lifecycle.\nCollaborate closely with design teams to ensure that all systems meet relevant standards, customer requirements, and legislative regulations.\nDrive the seamless integration of electrical systems to guarantee safety, reliability, and efficiency in the system's operation.\n\nWhat You Bring:\n\nA degree, HND, or HNC in Electrical Engineering (with a focus on Power Systems being ideal).\nProven experience in the design and delivery of HVAC protection systems, covering a broad range of voltages from 11kV to 132kV (experience with 275kV to 400kV systems is a bonus).\nFamiliarity with HV and EHV substation standards and installation specifications within the UK.\nA proactive, solution-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines efficiently.\nPrevious exposure to writing and interpreting technical documents for protection systems.\nThe ability to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
