We are working with a growing and dynamic organisation who are looking for a Recruitment and Compliance Coordinator to support a key area of the business through an exciting period of expansion. This is a fully remote, full-time position, initially offered on a six-month fixed-term contract. In this pivotal Recruitment and Compliance Coordinator role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from advertising vacancies and shortlisting candidates to conducting interviews and ensuring a seamless onboarding process. Working closely with hiring managers and the wider HR team, you will help shape job descriptions, post adverts across various platforms, and oversee applications via the companys applicant tracking system. You will also liaise directly with candidates, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the recruitment journey. Beyond recruitment, you will play a crucial role in the companys in-depth compliance process, ensuring all necessary qualifications and documentation are up to date. Conducting audits, maintaining records in line with GDPR, and minimising risk will be key aspects of your responsibilities. Your organisational skills will also come into play when managing new joiner paperwork, coordinating inductions, and ensuring all HR processes are followed with efficiency and accuracy. To succeed in this busy Recruitment and Compliance Coordinator role, you will have prior experience in a recruitment environment, whether in-house or agency-based, along with strong administrative or coordination skills. A background in healthcare or care would be advantageous, with strong knowledge of strict compliance processes. You will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident in assessing candidate suitability. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook, is essential, as is an excellent telephone manner. Any additional generalist HR experience or CIPD qualifications would be an advantage.
