Airtech Distribution Ltd is a family run manufacturing business based on the outskirts of Belfast exporting our innovative and patented technology worldwide.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast growing manufacturing company as a sales support administrator and be a valued part of our team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing quotes, processing orders, and maintaining customer records.
2. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate information and resolving issues as needed.
3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
4. Maintain an organised filing system for all sales-related documentation.
5. Packing and despatch of orders.
6. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and improve customer service skills.
Essential Criteria
1. Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is preferred but not essential.
2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required; familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
4. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
5. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
6. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer service excellence.
7. GCSE maths and English or equivalent, Grade C or higher.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.75 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 20 per week
