The Opportunity We have a rare opportunity for an experienced Stores Co-ordinator to join our team at Teesside Gas Processing Plant (TGPP), reporting to the Business Services & Projects Manager. This is a busy and varied role where you would be responsible for providing safe storage and location of all spares required for use on site. Please note, this is a contract position, not px staff. The main duties of the Stores Co-ordinator include; Control and issuing all stock items. Updating records on the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Raising requisitions for any items required to maintain minimum stock requirements. Ensuring a high level of security is maintained in the warehouse and stores. Maintaining a high standard of good housekeeping practices and continual improvement in warehouse storage arrangements. Compiling job kit for plant outages. Ensuring safe handling of hazardous materials. Minimum Requirements: GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) Experience of stock management and inventory. Safe handling of hazardous materials. Experience of fork-lift truck driving. Knowledge of good housekeeping standards and warehouse storage.
