Farmor's School is seeking to appoint an experienced and inspirational school leader to enhance our existing strengths and take us onto the next stage of our development. Job overview
You’ll demonstrate consistently high standards of principled and professional conduct, upholding and carrying out the school’s vision and ethos with a strong belief in education, taking the lead role in directing the school’s mission. You’ll establish a secure learning environment where all students can flourish, as well as strategically directing staff to ensure that the highest standards of teaching and learning are met.
Job requirements
• Qualified Teacher Status and a NQPH qualification
• Extensive teaching, leadership and management experience with knowledge of developments across all of the key stages and curriculum areas
• Excellent interpersonal and communicative skills
• Experience of establishing and sustaining high standards of behaviour and learning for all pupils
• Ability to support, maintain and develop the school’s ethos
• Up-to-date knowledge of current safeguarding guidance and legislation
