We're actively recruiting for an experienced Purchase Ledger Manager to join our clients thriving team.
Our client is a market leading manufacturer, providing high quality products and service to customers worldwide.
The successful Purchase Ledger Manager will:
* Hold previous purchase ledger & cash book experience
* Have an excellent knowledge of Sage 50 & Quickbooks
* Possess payroll experience
* Ideally have management or supervisory experience (not essential)
With a small team of direct reports, the role will involve:
* Accurately processing a high volume of purchase invoices
* Pro-activeley resolve invoice & payment queries
* Reconcile account balances & bank accounts
* Ensure payments are made correctly in multiple currencies
* Produce management reports as required
* Month & year end procedures
* Processing company expenses & credit cards
* Support with annual audit
* Co-ordinate day to day activities with the team
