We're actively recruiting for an experienced Purchase Ledger Manager to join our clients thriving team. Our client is a market leading manufacturer, providing high quality products and service to customers worldwide. The successful Purchase Ledger Manager will: Hold previous purchase ledger & cash book experience Have an excellent knowledge of Sage 50 & Quickbooks Possess payroll experience Ideally have management or supervisory experience (not essential) With a small team of direct reports, the role will involve: Accurately processing a high volume of purchase invoices Pro-activeley resolve invoice & payment queries Reconcile account balances & bank accounts Ensure payments are made correctly in multiple currencies Produce management reports as required Month & year end procedures Processing company expenses & credit cards Support with annual audit Co-ordinate day to day activities with the team In return, you will receive: Competitive salary - our client is open to discuss based upon experience 25 days holiday bank holidays Private health care life insurance Generous pension scheme Ongoing career development and opportunities to progress Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00 This is an excellent opportunity for the successful Purchase Ledger Manager to join a leading business that continues to invest in themselves and their employees.
