Acuity Associates is partnering with a family run manufacturing construction organisation based in Yeovil to seek an experienced Fractional CFO. This position requires a financial leader with a strategic mindset, adept at implementing robust financial systems and guiding teams to achieve operational excellence.
In the first instance, you’ll be asked to follow Acuity Associates' Financial Infrastructure Review (FIRE) proven process to assess and analyse current financial processes, identifying key areas for enhancement. Following the delivery of the report, you’ll lead the prioritisation and high-impact implementation on an ongoing fractional basis, collaborating closely with the company's finance team to elevate their skills and contributions.
Key responsibilities include:
* Conduct a Financial Infrastructure Review (FIRE) to evaluate existing systems and processes.
* Develop a strategic, prioritised plan for financial improvements.
Ideal Candidate:
* Proven CFO or senior finance experience, ideally within facilities management and property or similar sectors.
* Strong expertise in financial systems analysis and implementation.
* Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with a focus on developing finance teams.
Additional Details:
Location: Hybrid 1-2 days per week, with occasional travel to Yeovil.
Day Rate: £700-£800 per day.
