About the role:
As a part-time KS1 Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our young learners. We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual who can inspire children to engage with their learning through exciting and innovative teaching methods. You will be responsible for delivering a high-quality curriculum that caters to the diverse needs of our students, fostering a love for learning in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching in Key Stage 1.
• A genuine passion for primary education and a commitment to enhancing the learning experience of young children.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
• An understanding of the current curriculum and educational practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all students, catering to various learning styles.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
• Create a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and collaboration.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement effective teaching strategies and curriculum enhancements.
• Foster strong relationships with parents and caregivers to support children’s learning at home.
• Participate in school events and extracurricular activities, contributing to a vibrant school community.
