Pay Rate: GBP21 : GBP23 per hour

About client:
We are currently seeking a Senior Physiotherapist to join our team at RDH. This role is perfect for an experienced physiotherapist with a passion for delivering high:quality care and contributing to the discharge planning process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert physiotherapy assessment and treatment for patients on acute inpatient wards.
* Lead and coordinate the discharge planning process, ensuring safe and effective patient transitions from hospital to home or other care settings.
* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care delivery.
* Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans based on patients needs and clinical conditions.
* Supervise and mentor junior physiotherapists and support staff.
* Maintain accurate and up:to:date patient records, ensuring compliance with professional standards and best practices.
* Participate in regular clinical supervision and continuous professional development activities.
Key Requirements:
* HCPC registration is essential.
* Recent experience in an acute inpatient ward setting is required.
* Discharge planning experience is essential, demonstrating the ability to plan, assess, and execute safe patient discharges.
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and clinical skills.
* A commitment to delivering high:quality patient care and achieving positive outcomes.
Desirable:
* Postgraduate qualifications in physiotherapy or a related area.
* Experience in leading or contributing to departmental audits or quality improvement projects.
