Warranty Administrator Vacancy - Motor Trade Ref: OC19536 Location: Cambridge Area Salary: Up to £32,000 Hours: 40-hours, Flexible. 7am - 4pm, or 8am - 5pm We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warranty Administrator for our clients main dealer site in the Cambridge area. This is a superb opportunity for an experienced Warranty Administrator or a Service Administrator with strong warranty experience, to join a fantastic company and brand ROLE: You will be responsible for the warranty process within the service department by working closely with both the advisors and the management. Your role will be to control all warranty claims within the department to make sure all the paperwork is done to both to group and manufacturer standards. You must be an organised individual who is thorough with general administration. We are looking for someone with a solid warranty administration background or Service Administration background. You must have experience within a Car Dealership and knowledge of the Kerridge dealer management system. Key Requirements: - 18 months experience minimum working as a main dealer warranty admin or service admin. - Good knowledge of the 1link and/or Kerridge system. - Superb organisational and interpersonal skills.
