Hybrid working - Lincoln City Centre office (3 days per week) and remote (2 days per week) We are looking for junior telesales agents who want to kick start their career in sales. The role will be selling tenants insurance to tenants who have used our platform in volume - the perfect way to start your sales career. You might not have any sales experience but that isn't a problem We have a fantastic LD team who will teach you all things sales, insurance and Goodlord in your on-boarding period. Targets are not purely based on sales but also activity and behaviours, e.g. meeting, and ideally exceeding, QA pass rates.
