Do you enjoy organising and have a passion for pets? As a Stock Processor Volunteer, you’ll be essential in supporting our shops and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Your efforts are crucial to our success, and we’d be thrilled to welcome you as a volunteer to see the difference you can make.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for sorting and preparing donations, ensuring each item is ready for sale in our shop. You'll keep our stockroom well-organised and efficient, making it easy to find and manage items.
We’re looking for someone with strong sorting skills to categorise and prepare donations, attention to detail to uphold high standards, and the ability to handle lifting and carrying items comfortably. A friendly and cooperative spirit is essential for working well with others and positively impacting our team environment.
Volunteering with us offers you a chance to support pet welfare by helping raise vital funds for their care. You’ll develop valuable skills in organisation and time management while being part of a dedicated team. What you will be doing
* Sort Donations: Sort all donations for sale carefully selecting only the best pre-loved items to make it to the shop floor
* Prepare Donations: Make sure all our donated goods are clean and tidy, check everything is intact and works as it should
* Price Donations: Use our pricing system to ensure everything has a clear price ready to be sold
* Organise Stockroom: Keep our stockroom well-organised and efficient, making it easy to find and manage items

* Attention to detail, handling tasks carefully to help maintain high standards in our store
* Be comfortable with lifting and carrying items
