Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Remote
The Company:
Market leading provider of a Sales Intelligence SaaS to Construction + Real Estate sectors.
Longevity in the market and a very reputable brand.
Doubled in size in the last 5 years.
The Role:
100% new business - self-generating.
Main focus is PropTech/ConTech organisations, Construction & Commercial Real Estate.
Work alongside marketing in support of outbound campaigns and other marketing/lead generation initiatives.
The Requirements:
1. Someone who can generate their own leads.
2. Ideally sold to Data solutions, SaaS, or anything related to construction.
3. Could be someone in Telesales or an SDR looking for a closing role.
4. Someone with SMB/high volume sales experience.
The Process:
1. 1st: Teams with Hiring Manager.
2. 2nd: Hiring Manager + Another Director.
3. 3rd: Presentation.
