As a Primary Tutor, you'll play a vital role in helping young students build confidence and develop essential skills. Working closely with children in core subjects, you'll tailor your lessons to each student's needs, whether it's reinforcing foundational concepts or providing a bit of extra encouragement. Your support can make a real impact on their learning journey!
What You'll Be Doing:
- Plan and Deliver Lessons: Create engaging, age-appropriate lessons tailored to each student's abilities and goals.
- Track Progress: Foster improvement through regular feedback and encouragement.
- Make a Difference: Build positive, supportive relationships with students, helping them unlock their potential.
- Flexible Sessions: Choose between morning, afternoon, or evening sessions to suit your schedule.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Teaching or tutoring experience, with a knack for designing fun and effective lessons.
- Right to Work: Must be eligible to work in the UK.
- DBS Check: An enhanced DBS is required. If you don't have one, you must be willing to obtain it.
- Enthusiasm: A passion for helping young learners thrive, with a positive, motivating attitude.
- Desirable Qualities: Experience with SEN or a teaching qualification is a plus.
