What you’ll be doing In this high-impact leadership role, you’ll head up a team of experts to implement consistent estimating and change strategies across the HPC project. You’ll ensure accurate, insightful project controls data flows to every level—from delivery teams to the boardroom. Acting as a centre of excellence, your team will provide the single source of truth across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning. You’ll challenge strategy, assure delivery integrity, and help steer HPC towards its Commercial Operation Date. Your focus areas will include: Leading and developing a high-performing project controls team Embedding robust estimating, change, and baseline governance frameworks Driving accurate forecasting and performance reporting Influencing decision-making across a matrixed, multi-disciplinary organisation Who you are We’re looking for an experienced leader with deep expertise in project controls, estimating, and change management—ideally gained in a complex, highly regulated sector such as nuclear or major infrastructure. You’ll bring senior-level experience, with expertise in Engineering, Construction, Quantity Surveying or a related field, and a track record of delivering results through strong leadership and integration management. Your analytical thinking, strategic mindset, and communication skills will be crucial for influencing decisions and guiding teams in a fast-paced, safety-first environment.
