Requirements:
Experience: A confident social worker with a track record of handling complex cases.
Knowledge: Detailed understanding of the Children's Act, thresholds, and relevant legislation. Experience with Legal Planning Meetings, PLO processes, and court proceedings is essential.
Leadership: Proven ability to manage, mentor, and develop a team.

Key Responsibilities
Manage complex cases involving Child in Need and Child Protection plans, as well as long-term care planning.
Oversee Legal Planning Meetings (LPMs), Public Law Outline (PLO) processes, and cases subject to court orders (Sections 7, 37, and Supervision Orders).
