Risk and Compliance Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Risk and Compliance Manager to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the Risk and Compliance team and ensuring that our business operations are in line with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the Risk and Compliance team and develop direct reports.
* Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of International Compliance systems.
* Support the fulfillment of National Top Management's duties in National Compliance matters.
* Act as a point of contact for regulators and provide advice and support to stakeholders.
* Coordinate the development and delivery of Compliance-related training and guidance material.
* Ensure necessary safeguards are in place, including risk and compliance policies.
* Promote effective and efficient risk and compliance management processes.
* Oversee the management of the ALDI AlertLine whistleblowing platform.
Requirements:
* Leading and developing a team of subject matter experts.
* Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrable experience of advising on projects, developing policies, and training.
* Passion for driving the business forward in Risk and Compliance.
* Able to work individually and as part of a team, exercise leadership, and influence change.
* Adept at building and maintaining collaborative working relationships.
* Able to manage a demanding workload to deliver on time and to the highest quality.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Excellent written and presentation skills.
What We Offer:
* Starting salary from £61,065 rising to £94,240.
* Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, with the opportunity of 2 days a week remote working.
* 5 weeks' annual leave plus Bank Holidays.
