About The Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Imaging Data Analyst to join our team at the Francis Crick Institute. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a strong background in bioinformatics and imaging data analysis to contribute to cutting-edge research in cancer biology.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in developing and optimising algorithms for the analysis and interpretation of multiplex immunofluorescence imaging data. They will be responsible for integrating multiomic data and developing comprehensive models to enhance treatment precision and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities

* To design and implement novel algorithms for the analysis and interpretation of multiplex immunofluorescence imaging data.
* To collaborate with researchers from various disciplines, including clinicians, cancer biologists, machine learning experts and mathematical modellers.
* To develop and optimise analytical tools and techniques for spatial imaging and spatial omics data analysis.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in bioinformatics, excellent computational skills, and experience in handling large datasets. They will also have good understanding of statistical approaches for omics and imaging data analysis, particularly for high throughput and complex datasets.
