This is an excellent role for someone with previous admin experience within an IFA or Wealth management firm, offering a fantastic salary of up to c£30,000, a private health insurance scheme and the opportunity for regular hybrid working of 3-4 days working from home per week.
Duties will include performing effective diary management, arranging client meetings and other general administrative tasks:
* Manage and maintain the diary on behalf of colleagues
* Liaise with clients to schedule appointments between themselves and client’s consultants
* Record and upload notes to company systems
* Take calls from an active client base and forwarding calls to the correct department for support
* Support the wider team with general administrative duties
Skills & Experience:
* Experience within an IFA/Wealth Management firm essential
* Polite and professional telephone manner
* Ability to manage a diary effectively
* Previous experience within professional services advantageous
