Key Responsibilities
1. To proactively support the Head of FP&A, Projects & the wider project team in developing the newly implemented instance of Workday Adaptive workforce planning, including developing reporting and dashboards for various stakeholders across the business.
2. Be a point of contact for and collaborate with finance teams across the business to address challenges and ensure alignment of best practices for Workday Adaptive workforce planning.
3. Developing and delivering training materials and documentation related to Workday Adaptive workforce planning.
4. To proactively support the CFP&A leads & the wider team with regards to any global financial planning and analysis matters.
5. Deliver accurate reporting with important insight & trend updates on the global financial performance in a clear and concise manner.
6. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across our global organisation.
7. Support in the delivery of financial insights & reporting requests from across the organisation.
8. Proactively seek out opportunities to improve the efficiency & effectiveness of corporate FP&A reporting.
9. Provide support to all budgeting and forecasting cycles within the time parameters as set by the business with regards to global FP&A reporting.
Job Requirements
1. At least part-Qualified or equivalent experience accountant (CCAB, ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
2. Ideally, experience in media, or a similar industry within an international company.
3. Experience working on finance systems implementations or similar project experience.
4. Experienced Workday adaptive (or similar tool), Oracle EPM (or similar tool), Excel and Google products user.
5. Proven experience of delivery of a month end management reporting packs.
6. Ability to work and collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders.
7. Proven experience in drawing relevant insights from reports & large data sets.
8. Experience of process improvement from identifying the opportunity through to implementation in a complex reporting environment.
9. High-level written and verbal communication skills.
10. Ability to establish good working relationships with staff at a variety of levels, across teams and functions.
11. Self-motivated, working on your own initiative.
