Job Description
As a Personal Assistant, you will provide high level administrative support to the PF & COO Office to ensure the efficient running of both business areas. You will support the Executive Assistant to the CEO of Personal Finance and cover periods of absence, managing workload collaboratively.
We are looking for someone to:
* Provide comprehensive assistance to the Directors in an extremely fast-paced environment
* Understand priorities, reorganizing workload and tasks accordingly to ensure the Directors’ time is maximized
* Coordinate and manage the Directors’ diaries, managing time effectively and intelligently, using initiative to prioritize urgent matters to ensure the smooth, timely and professional running of the business area at all times
* Manage and organize Directors’ travel and accommodation
* Prepare agendas/papers/presentations for Committee meetings
* Meet and greet visitors and make arrangements
Qualifications
* Strong administrative skills - Highly proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Attention to detail with strong time management and organizational skills in order to manage busy schedules/diaries
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach
* Ability to problem solve
* Stakeholder management – ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
