18 Recruitment are working with a social housing subcontractor to recruit for a HR Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. The Role Working as part of a team in a busy environment assisting the Administration function of our client’s HR team with all aspects of HR Admin in a timely, effective and efficient manner at all times. Responsibilities include Efficiently dealing with all HR Admin related matters Accurately recording data in the online database, ensuring it is up to date at all times Create letters and contracts of employment and send via Docusign Write and send letters for any HR related topic Recording and save accurately information in the employees’ files Updating HR database and ensure is always up to date and much more Ability to multi-task and strong organisational skills Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Passionate about HR This role will be office based for 3 days a week with 2 days working from home- please note that throughout the training period you will be expected to do full time in the office
