Project Support - Manchester - Hybrid - Up to £27,000

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team and support various funded initiatives. These initiatives aim to enhance energy efficiency and reduce environmental impact across councils, schools, housing associations, hospitals, and universities.
Key Responsibilities
* Support delivery programme teams with administrative tasks essential for project management and grant/loan project support.
* Set up key folders on SharePoint according to an approved folder structure format.
* Download new applications from the portal and save them in the designated applicant folder, ensuring correct naming and format.
* Assist relationship managers in invoice verification and payment processing.
* Draft Grant Amendment Letters and other documentation using approved templates.
* Save and organise files between client folders and central locations as necessary.
* Consolidate information from various sources into a central tracker or database.
* Utilise mail merge to dispatch key requests to multiple clients.
* Assist in report collection and processing.
* Compile and analyse data from diverse sources for effective reporting.
* Provide administrative support for project team meetings and workshops.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience Required
* Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a similar role.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills with an eye for detail.
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Familiarity with SharePoint is desirable.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Prior experience in grant management or project administration is advantageous.
