We are recruiting for a Part Time Purchase Ledger Clerk for a leading organisation based on the outskirts of Derby. Working in a team of 3 and reporting to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for 3 way matching of invoices, bank reconciliations and payment runs. They are looking for someone to work 16 hours a week over 4 or 5 days, Monday to Friday. Start and finish times can be flexible to suit applicants and one day will be working from home after you have been signed off. Applicants must have a minimum of 2-3 years experience of working in accounts ideally with some experience in processing invoices, bank reconciliations and assisting with payment runs. Duties include: 3 way matching and coding of invoices Ensuring PO’s are coded correctly Preparation of payment runs Dealing with customer queries to resolution Processing staff expenses Processing contractor invoices Bank reconciliation Month end preparation Please submit your Cv for immediate consideration
