4. Replenishing fresh cakes/biscuits and finger food options.

About the role
Your focus as a Food and Beverage Team Member is to support the dining service and assist residents with their meals. Other responsibilities will include:
1. Supporting the residents with choosing their meal options when dining.
2. Ensuring that the standard operating procedures for setting dining tables are followed.
3. Keeping the front of the house clean, tidy, and well-presented.
4. Ensuring dirty crockery is removed and replenished throughout the day.
5. Ensuring fresh homemade cakes/biscuits are accessible in the bistro areas and replenished throughout the day.
6. Being aware of residents' dietary requirements.
About you

* High standards of personal hygiene.
* Experience working in a similar setting, restaurant, or hotel (desirable).
* A basic Food Hygiene Certificate (beneficial).
