Teaching Personnel is supporting a primary community school in the SR2 area on their recruitment for anAdmin Assistantto support in the front office on afull-time basis. This position is requiredASAPand will continue until the school successfully recruits for this role on a permanent basis. However, for the right candidate, there may be an option for atemporary-to-permanent placement.

Responsibilities of the Admin Assistant include:
1. Answering incoming calls and handling general enquiries.
2. Assisting withparent queriesboth in person and over the phone.
3. Collaborating and liaising with school staff.
4. Completing administrative tasks using various computer systems.
5. Managing in-house financial processes, such asweekly dinner money payments.
Key Information:
1. Start Date:Immediate/ASAP.
2. Working Hours:Full-time, Monday to Friday.
3. Contract:Weekly timesheet basis through Teaching Personnel, with the potential for long-term opportunities.
