Are you an experienced communicator keen to drive a dynamic stakeholder engagement strategy in support of key brand and business objectives? We are looking for a Stakeholder Engagement Manager to join our creative communications team. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate management experience from a communications/marketing background, coupled with an understanding of the MoD and the Armed Forces, and a passion for supporting the wider military community. A key aspect of this role is engagement with a wide range of external stakeholders to amplify their campaigns on BFBS’s channels. It also involves liaising with military units to ensure personnel are aware of our services - especially during periods of deployment. For this, experience of successfully managing stakeholder relationships is essential, together with outstanding interpersonal, organisational, and copywriting skills. The role also includes deputising for the Head of Communications, when required, some UK travel, and potentially some overseas travel. The role is hybrid with no more than three days working from home per week.
