EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW We're looking for an accomplished Personal Assistant to provide efficient, effective, and proactive support to our Strategic Leaders in Finance. The role will be based at our head office in Coventry. You'll be responsible for a host of actions, including diary management, monitoring mailboxes, preparing content for meetings, minute taking, providing admin support to the Strategic Leaders, and engaging with various stakeholders both across the business and externally. Key responsibilities will include: Fully effective diary management, proactively reviewing and updating diary commitments. Ensure deadlines are met, check formatting, review and submit prepared papers before circulation to internal and external stakeholders. Support preparation of materials in advance of meetings including briefing notes, presentation decks and papers as required. Deal promptly with all paper and email enquiries, assessing the nature and forwarding on to relevant people in the company. Record and manage information and data as required, ensuring accuracy and completeness, as well as compliance with GDPR regulations. Proactive engagement with broader Finance Community and collaborating with wide network of Company PAs. Organise events including team building, volunteering and training, site visits, and investor events taking ownership of the end-to-end management. WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE ROLE We'll be looking for you to ideally have extensive experience of providing full and proactive PA and administration support at Head of Department level. The successful candidate will have excellent organisation and time management skills, and can effectively communicate with the stakeholders you engage with.
