As the Area Service Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and optimising service operations within South London.This position requires a strategic leader with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, team management, and operational efficiency. You will collaborate across various departments to ensure the delivery of high-quality services while supporting the achievement of organisational goals. Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end service operations, ensuring timely and effective delivery of services. Support the Regional Service Manager in developing strategies to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction. Review and amend MIF allocations and postcode activity quarterly for efficiency. Ensure efficient stock management and control of car and site stocks to meet SLAs. Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve service delivery. Lead and motivate a team of service engineers, providing guidance and support to achieve performance targets. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and foster a positive collaborative culture. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, addressing concerns to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Manage the area service budget effectively, forecasting and controlling resource demands. Implement and enforce service standards through regular audits and assessments for quality assurance.
