Reports to the Billing Manager
The purpose of this role is to deliver efficient client billing support to the business, including issuing client bills, maintaining data and schedules, and managing the day-to-day operations of the team.
What you'll be doing
1. Review and prepare client billing in line with requests in a timely manner.
2. Assist with the maintenance of various monitoring schedules and billing data.
3. Liaise with internal personnel to resolve issues and handle queries, escalating where necessary.
4. Assist the team with ad-hoc projects as required.

1. A-Levels, Degree, or equivalent relevant experience.
2. Essential computer literacy skills.
3. Attention to detail and accuracy.
4. Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
5. Strong interpersonal skills to develop close working relationships with colleagues, clients, and business contacts.
6. Ability to manage and organise own workload, working independently and as part of a team.
We will provide training, both in-house for relevant technical knowledge and professional qualifications to support your development. You should be quick to learn new systems and excellent with people, as building close relationships with colleagues and clients is central to our work.
