What You’ll Do:
1. Be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring their journey with us is seamless and welcoming.
2. Provide exceptional service by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
3. Handle operational tasks, process guest requests, and complete reports with accuracy.
4. Share local insights and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
5. Move confidently through different areas, assisting at the front desk, handling transactions, and creating thoughtful moments that make every stay special.
What We’re Looking For:
6. A warm and engaging personality with a passion for hospitality.
7. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
8. A commitment to professionalism, including upholding quality standards, maintaining confidentiality, and presenting a polished appearance.
9. A hands-on approach, including the ability to move and lift objects up to 10 pounds as needed.
10. A team player ready to take on additional responsibilities to support guests and colleagues.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or. equivalent.
Experience: No prior experience required—just a great attitude and a willingness to learn.
Supervisory Experience: None.
License or Certification: Not required.
