Accounts Payable Administrator (3-Month Contract)
Location: Segensworth, Southampton (Hybrid)
Join our client's dynamic and supportive team who are a leading global company committed to excellence and innovation. We are looking for an enthusiastic and quick learner to join their Accounts Payable team on a 3-month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process and manage accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Reconcile invoices and resolve discrepancies.
* Assist with month-end closing activities.
* Maintain vendor relationships and handle inquiries.
* Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Requirements:
* Immediate availability.
* Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
