Your mission is to develop, execute, and optimise our e-commerce strategy, ensuring a seamless, customer-focused experience that aligns with business objectives and boosts revenue.
Responsibilities:
Craft and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to achieve revenue targets.
Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine our strategy.
Enhance the digital customer experience, focusing on UX, content strategy, and personalisation.
Manage product catalogues, optimise existing offerings, and introduce new products/categories.
Drive organic traffic through effective SEO and content initiatives.
Oversee the Magento2 platform, ensuring top-notch functionality, user experience, and security.
Evaluate and integrate new technologies to streamline e-commerce processes (e.g., AI, personalisation tools).
Manage WordPress-based websites.
Lead and nurture a high-performing e-commerce team, aligning their efforts with business goals.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
Partner with Country Marketing Managers to execute digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns, paid media).
