About the IMA Experience team
IMA Experience creates and produces physical environments, events, activations and campaigns for major brands and wholesale retail accounts. Right now we work with lifestyle and fashion clients across the streetwear and sports category — in Europe and the US.
Summary of the Senior Account Manager role
As Senior Account Manager at IMA Experience, you’ll be responsible for handling large accounts in key territories. You’ll be part of our Client Experience offer, collaborating with the Creative department in studio as well as internal Production, Events, Channel and Strategy teams.
Day to day, it’ll be your job to brief colleagues and manage project development and roll-outs, as well as liaising with external partners and campaign talent. This is all while staying in close contact with clients. You won’t just be maintaining these relationships but growing new opportunities and connections.
We’re looking for an approachable and energetic leader who knows the world of streetwear, sport and pop culture — where it is, spotting the overlaps, how it’s changing. Someone who can manage people and deliver great creative, driving sales and ensuring client satisfaction.
Areas of responsibility
* Senior Account Managers help drive business growth, acting as a vital link between the agency and clients, fostering lasting partnerships.
* You’ll successfully interpret client RFPs and briefs into creative missions, presenting decks and output where needed.
* You’ll build and maintain relationships internally and externally, understanding client needs and ensuring satisfaction, whilst going to bat for creative solutions.
* You’ll support your Account Director with Client Development Plans, project planning and budgeting, helping drive new proposals and identifying business opportunities.
* You’ll offer strategic insight, drawing on cultural and industry knowledge and communication skills to help the team craft and pitch original and impactful creative.
