Summary of the role
The role of a Senior Account Manager at IMA is to oversee day-to-day communication between clients and IMA, ensuring consistently high client experience levels are achieved in balance with commercial success. We're looking for a Senior Account Manager who demonstrates the ability to direct client accounts, handle senior conversations and actively contribute to client and business growth.
Some responsibilities of the Senior Account Manager role will include:
* Maintain full knowledge of the financial health and relationship status of each client, applying strong results awareness in decision making, ensuring commercial targets are achieved and expectations managed.
* Supporting senior management with client forecasting, ensuring that all tracking documents are consistently updated with accurate and timely information.
* Supporting Account Directors with Client Development Plans, helping to drive new proposals and identify opportunities.
* Lead the delivery of the monthly client financial packs ensuring Directors are aware of any key information.
* Develop strong, trusting relationships with senior clients, suppliers and IMA, establishing a solid foundation from which to achieve consistent fulfilment of time expectations, quality standards and budget tolerances.
* Establish clear and consistent communication channels across client and IMA, promoting a collaborative work ethic to achieve effective delivery, applying strong negotiation skills where necessary to achieve positive outcomes.
