Job summary Gloucestershire Managed Services (GMS) is seeking a proactive and organised Training Administrator to support the development and compliance of our workforce. This role involves co-ordinating training programs, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring staff meet statutory and mandatory training requirements. Working closely with the HR, OD, and Communications team, the Training Administrator will play a pivotal role in fostering a well-trained and effective organisation. Please note this job will attract GMS Terms and Conditions of Service (TCS) Please see attached TCS for reference Main duties of the job Co-ordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars for GMS staff, ensuring all logistical arrangements are in place. Monitor compliance with statutory and mandatory training requirements and maintain accurate training records. Conduct post-training evaluations and analyse feedback to improve future initiatives. Collaborate on creating and enhancing training materials and programs. Organise onboarding orientation sessions and initial training schedules. Act as the first point of contact for training-related inquiries and provide guidance on training opportunities. Contribute to the continuous improvement of training processes and initiatives.
