These activities assess whether the processes and controls supporting the compliance framework are designed and operating effectively. The CMT Group collaborates with members of Enterprise Risk Management, Compliance, Legal, Internal Audit, and business functions to execute its mandate. Responsibilities Plan and execute compliance testing and monitoring activities. Assess the effectiveness of compliance processes and controls. Collaborate with Enterprise Risk Management, Compliance, Legal, Internal Audit, and business functions. Provide independent oversight of compliance-related activities. Essential Skills Experience in compliance and audit. Knowledge of crypto assets. Familiarity with Markets in Crypto-Assets (MICA) regulation. Understanding of Compliance Monitoring and Testing (CMT) processes. Additional Skills & Qualifications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
