Job overview
We are looking for an adult audiologist to provide maternity leave cover for 12 months from November 2024.
You will be part of a welcoming and productive team offering diagnostic and rehabilitative care to the adult population.
The working week is across 4 days, and your time will be split between Basildon and Orsett sites. Access to a car will be an advantage.

Main duties of the job
1. All aspects of routine adult diagnostic and rehabilitative audiology.
2. Provide audiological support to the Adult hearing service.
3. Undertake routine diagnostic assessment of adults of all ages.
4. Fit and maintain routine NHS hearing aids.
5. Participate with all routine duties within the department.
6. Assist in the day-to-day running of the Department.
7. Participate in the supervision of BSc students, under the overall guidance of the Team leader.
