The Interim Part Time Finance Officer’s key responsibilities include:
1. Processing payments, invoices, raising purchase orders and inputting them correctly into the system.
2. Processing and reconciling the payroll on a monthly basis.
3. Reconciling the bank accounts, balance sheets, sales ledger and purchase ledger.
4. Maintaining the finance inbox and the relationship with HMRC - resolving queries.

The successful Interim Finance Officer will have:
5. Experience working in a similar role, with knowledge of how to process invoices and reconcile bank accounts is essential.

7. Experience using numerous financial accounting softwares and strong Excel skills.
