As a Underwriting Manager – Property Development Finance, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing new development finance deals, nurturing client relationships, and supporting the success of one of the bank’s most dynamic lending teams. âś” Support senior leadership on new borrower enquiries and relationship building
âś” Attend on-site visits to understand the full scope of development projects
âś” Prepare high-quality credit papers for Credit Committee approval
