Salary: £20 - £30 Per hour
Responsibilities:
* Provide English and Maths tutoring to Key Stage 3 students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons tailored to the individual learning requirements of each student
* Collaborate with school staff and parents to ensure a holistic approach to student support
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively
Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Specialist knowledge in English and Maths curriculum at Key Stage 3 level
* Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in teaching English and Maths at Key Stage 3 level
* Experience working with students with SEMH needs
* Experience in providing outreach support to students with SEMH needs
Skills:
* Strong understanding of SEMH and its impact on learning
* Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Effective management techniques
Working Conditions:
* Part-Time hours, flexible schedule
* Work primarily in educational settings, including learners' homes and community centres
* Collaborative work environment with school staff and parents

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
