The role:
Opportunity for a Pensions Senior Associate 5+ years PQE to join one of the UK's leading teams that advises the most prominent pension schemes, to be based in Reading.
The pensions group advises the full range of stakeholders including employers, insurers, trustees, government bodies, intermediaries and bidders and sellers on all aspects of pension law.
The work will include de-risking transactions, corporate transactions, advising regulatory investigations, scheme funds arrangements and scheme mergers and closures.
Acting for some of the largest pension schemes and their company sponsors, there is a rich abundance of specialisms to get involved with across public sector pensions, investment, insurance, international, employee benefits, master trusts and pensions litigation to name just a few.
